Anger is the first enemy for most of the people controlling anger is difficult task, Anger become the reason for our failures and it makes negative impacts in relationships. Here are the some tips to control your anger

1.) Think before you Speak

Take a few moment of thinking before your speech, this will definitely help to control your anger, if you think before your speech means definitely you will not lose your patience.
