How to manage Angry????????
Anger is the first enemy for most of the people controlling
anger is difficult task, Anger become the reason for our failures and it makes
negative impacts in relationships. Here are the some tips to control your anger
1.) Think before you Speak
Take a few moment of thinking before your speech, this will definitely help to
control your anger, if you think before your speech means definitely you will
not lose your patience.
2.) Do some Exercise?
Physical activity plays an important role in the control and
reduction of stress and temper, so it become wise to involve some physical
activity for minimum ten minutes for a day.
3.) Take a break
Timeouts are not only for kids, definitely you must have
timeouts during your work engagements, this will helps to relieve your stress
and keeps you free and relax.
4.) Use Humor to Release tension
Practicing humor will definitely help to relieve the tension
and stress, so it is better to practice humor, that will easily help you to
relieve from the stress and temper.
5.) Ask yourself
Ask yourself about the reason of why you are getting angry.
That will helps you to realize whether the reason for your angry is good or bad,
this is the another best way to control your temper
6.) Take it Easy
Develop take it easy policy within yourself, that will
definitely improve yourself as positive mentality that will helps you manage
your anger and temper.
7.) Keep your self-esteem high
Self Esteem plays an important role in anger ,always keep
your self-esteem higher this will helps you to relieve from the stress and
temper, lower self-esteem always cause so many problems in your life, so keep
your self-esteem high and move ahead with positive things .your life will be
awesome.
